Annual Report 2020
The GiLE Foundation published its combined non-financial and financial annual report for the year 2020. Reading this Annual Report, we think you will appreciate what we have accomplished in our first year.
Our committed team of over 40 contributors, each of whom aligns with the GiLE Foundation’s mission, were working around the clock in pursuit of our common goal: to make a real impact in the lives of young people. We hope you share our excitement and our pride in our successes!

We organised several soft skills training programmes and courses, we published articles, podcast episodes, and research papers to offer help for them to become more successful in life and in their career. When the world abruptly turned upside down due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we demonstrated resilience and moved to online platforms immediately. The new reality made us adjust our programmes and projects, and thanks to our amazing team, 2020 proved to be a strong and successful year for GiLE.
